Golf Wang has just unveiled its Spring/ Summer ‘23 campaign, showcasing a collection symptomatic of the brand’s maturity from graphic gurus into a fully fledged clothing outlet that has fingers in all sorts of pies from denim jackets to garden accessories, knit shirts and everything one could ask for from a modern clothing imprint.

Tyler, the Creator’s GOLF has long been the go to streetwear brand for skaters and alt-rap fans, and in the past few years has progressed massively in separating themselves from the typical merch peddlers that most rappers stand behind - allowing Tyler to join the ranks of Pharrell and Kanye West as a true multi-hyphenate artist.

Of course, the usual outlandish graphic tees are re-upped in a vivid colour wheel with a host of new designs, alongside seasonal highlights, in the form of denim jackets and thick twilled trousers. The accessories division is more than filled, with embossed plant pots, tennis rackets and a striped-knit teddy bear.
The workwear aesthetic that GOLF has adopted is present in a number of items featured in this latest drop, with straight-hem shirts, canvas gilets and jackets nailing the rugged vibe.
Like their fellow streetwear competitors, GOLF has made a point to draw up a unique football, or soccer, jersey for this season, contesting the retro, graphical goodness of even Aimé Leon Dore’s hyped footy top. The warped check pattern is available in red and blue, with more colourways likely to appear over the coming weeks.
