Pharrell x Louis Vuitton Launch Something in the Water Merch Capsule

Pharrell Williams is wasting no time in taking advantage of his newly-crowned position at Louis Vuitton, as the multi-hyphenate artist has already melded another of his passion projects with LV to create a luxury merch capsule for 2023’s Something in the Water festival.

Pharrell launched Something in the Water, an art, music and cultural festival, in 2009 and every year since, the celebration has only grown in hype and stature, with acts like Kid Cudi, Wu-Tang, Clipse and Lil’ Wayne participating as just a few of the star-studded lineup blessing the Virginia stage this year.

Alongside a special release of colourful adidas x Humanrace Sambas, the Louis Vuitton crafted merch will likely be open for purchase at the event and is also currently available from Louis Vuitton’s website.

The 5-piece collection mainly consists of simple graphic fabrications that stamp the festival’s name loud and proud with “Virginia is for Lovers” appearing on the hoodie and two tees. The heaviest of hitters comes in the form of an embroidered denim jacket that features a warped jacquard pattern with the aforementioned slogan stitched in orange on the rear.
