Louis Vuitton Release Monogram Aeroplane Bag Costing $39,000

After debuting at Virgil Abloh's , the monogram aeroplane bag is now available to order from the brand, priced at $39,000.

The bag joined other transport and travel-themed pieces in the Fall Winter short film presentation - directed by Wu Tsang, creative directed and choreographed by Josh Johnson - set in a modernistic airport setting with marbled walls and floors.

The travel theme was underscored by airplane motifs on coat buttons, accessories emblazoned with the slogan "Tourist vs purist", models wearing small-scale models of the cities of Paris and New York and of course the aeroplane themed luggage itself.

The bag features the luxury brand's signature monogram canvas, a cross body or top handle in black, as well as the all-black chain detail favoured by Abloh in his accessories.

The bag can be made to order direct from Louis Vuitton priced at €32,500 or $39,000.
