Paris Fashion Week saw two examples of high fashion mixing with everyday active-wear - MM6 x Salomon and more recently, LOEWE x On, which is another prime example of tested technology meeting luxury design.

Jonathan Anderson, creative director of LOEWE and founder of the eponymous J.W Anderson (who also dabble in the cross-sectional collaboration world) debuted the partnership when preparing for LOEWE’s Fall Winter 22/23’ women's show.

Promotional material from both parties has since come out to reveal a capsule of apparel and a footwear silhouette that features On Running’s signature Cloud-tec cushioning system.
The shoe dons a blue ombre pattern atop a white sole with translucent eyelets and mudguards. It’s a relatively simple take that strays from On’s usual monochromatic styles. Dual branding can be found on the tongue and alternating feet, which adds an opulent orange finish to the sneaker.
The apparel consists of a track hoodie, t-shirt and trousers, which follow suit with the same pattern and colouring that is found on the sneaker.

The full collection will be released on on-running.com, March 9th.
