Aimé Leon Dore has rung the bell for its latest Fall Winter 25 collection, revealing another influential lineup of looks that are expertly styled and profiled by Teddy Santis & company.

Now a recognised “Capo” in NYC’s ruthless streetwear hierarchy, ALD continues to use perfectly coordinated lookbooks as world-building for its aura as an aspirational tastemaker — setting itself apart through an elevated, yet grounded approach to contemporary dressing, concentrating on utilitarian reduxes of longstanding menswear staples, underscored by colourful sportswear and considered fabric choices.

A jewel in the heritage-steeped crown of Aimé Leon Dore’s latest collection is its premiere collaboration with The North Face, where self-professed lifelong TNF enjoyer Teddy Santis is experiencing a full-circle moment, leveraging the opportunity to reimagine the same jackets he would buy from mom-and-pop retailers in Astoria, Queens during the late 1990s.

The brands have put together a 15-piece collection that mirrors Aimé Leon Dore’s core offering in its lack of discrimination between classical codes and purpose-built function.

Although there’s still plenty yet to be announced, initial standouts from the Aimé Leon Dore x The North Face collection comprise Casentino wool Nuptse puffers, waterproof-shell Fireman clasp jackets, plus caps, Gore-Tex approach shoes, packs and beanies bearing the blue co-signed tag.

Shared in an interview with the Business of Fashion, Teddy Santis gave the following insight into his brand’s debut meeting with The North Face:

“If you look at our partnership with Porsche and with New Balance, these are real long-term partnerships, and we’re hoping The North Face becomes that for us as well.”

“Storytelling is a big part of who we are. Obviously, the product’s going to look great, it’s going to be styled right, but when something like this project comes across, the merchandising is what takes centre stage. It has to live together so that consumers can look at it and love it for the same reason.“

Despite the brand’s collaboration with The North Face stealing the spotlight, ALD’s latest lookbook also confirms that partnerships with New Balance, Porsche, and the New York Yankees are still an integral part of its FW25 campaign, teased alongside a fresh project with Timberland that expands on their previous pursuits by introducing outerwear and accessories to match up with ALD’s high-utility vision of Timbo’s rugged moc-toe styles.

Where the mainline portion of Aimé Leon Dore’s FW25 lookbook is concerned, we’re exposed to an array of textural updates to house staples — covering statement knitwear, wardrobe-defining outerwear, and one of the strongest headgear offerings we’ve seen from the brand in some time.

The first instalment from Aimé Leon Dore’s Fall Winter 25 collection drops tomorrow, Friday, August 22 at 11:00 am EST, available via the brand’s website and flagship stores in London & NYC.

The Aimé Leon Dore x The North Face collaboration is set to release on September 19th, available through the aforementioned channels and select TNF stores in Asia. Prices range between $180 and $800 USD.
