Honoring the artistic world is nothing new for Vans. From its collaboration with New York's Museum of Modern Art to its Frida Khalo-inspired set that featured her self portraits on a multitude of silhouettes, Vans will continue to pay its tribute for the foreseeable future.

This time around, the sneaker brand has teamed up with Austin-based skateshop No Comply on a collection that celebrates its 15th anniversary alongside late visual artist Daniel Johnston.
His artwork comes splattered across a range of footwear and apparel that see vibrant touches infused into the Vans Half Cab, Grosso Mid, and Slip-On Trek.

On the apparel side, t-shirts, polos and caps don creative illustrations that feature co-branded hits alongside the selection of kicks.
Encouraging conversations on mental health, a portion of the sales will be donated to the “Hi, How Are You Project”, a non-profit organization inspired by the late artist's love for mural painting.

The Vans x No Comply collection will release via a pop-up held at The Contemporary Austin - Jones Center on March 19th and online on March 20th on the No Comply and Vans webstores.
