The Maison Château Rouge x Air Jordan 2 is Coming Soon

2022 has seen the Air Jordan 2 shine like never before as a wide variety of global brands and personalities have taken the silhouette for a spin through intricate detailing and masterful craftsmanship. Over the course of the year, J Balvin has set his cloud-like touch on the model, while A Ma Maniére dressed it in bordeaux hues and dark snakeskin. After a series of rumors, Parisian boutique Maison Château Rouge has revealed its Air Jordan 2 collaboration by way of official imagery.

The imprint has dressed the silhouette in dominant sail leather, with perforations running across the toe boxes and towards the medials. Lacing systems are surrounded by tooth-like figures that lead to side panels lined with orange and yellow decorations and debossed with tonal patterns also seen on the tongues. These are adorned by exposed stitching, while muted orange suede panels enrich the rears with linear two-toned branded blocks.

Additional details include satin liners accompanied by interior tongue text as the left reads “United Youth International” and the right is embellished with “Chicago Dakar Paris.” Lastly, intricate insoles feature various illustrations of Michael Jordan playing basketball.

An official release date for the Maison Château Rouge x Air Jordan 2 has not been confirmed yet, but expect these to drop in the coming weeks.
