Supreme x Clarks Originals, Convertible Umbro Tracksuits & Steel Cabinets This Week

Midway through their Summer 2023 season, Supreme return with a new drop of seasonal essentials including a new collab with classic footwear brand Clarks Originals.

The collection makes over the classic Clarks Wallabee featuring the Western style appliqué pattern also used on hooded sweatshirts ans track pants this week, applied in premium suede over a leather lining and natural crepe sole.

While not seemingly the most likely pairing, Clarks hold an unexpected significance in pop culture and the hip hop world specifically. The classic British footwear brand were even name-checked by Method Man in the 2000 song Gravel Pit, proclaiming Wu-Tang Clan "the best thing since stocks in Clark Wallabees".

After becoming a staple of the Brit Pop music scene in the 90s, the brand has since been seen on figures from Breaking Bad's Walter White to LeBron James, Kanye West and Drake who are all frequently spotted in the Wallabee.

Across the rest of the week's offerings is a range of casual separates with thoughtful details, including a Supreme x Umbro tracksuit set with detachable sleeves on the Track Jacket and break away snap opening track pants.

On the more ostentatious side this week comes accessories including a modular sideboard unit courtesy of Supreme x USM Credenza, constructed from powder-coated steel panels and chromed steel frame.

The Clarks Originals collection will launch online, in Supreme stores and Dover Street Market locations along with the rest of the week's drop from Thursday 11th May, Saturday 13th May for Japan.
