Supreme Tap Umbro for Sporty Collab to Wind Up Season

As Supreme prepare to wrap up their Spring Summer season, the brand have revealed some previously unseen pieces with sports brand Umbro, releasing this week.

The football inspired Soccer Jersey and Shorts set emulates European style football strips, featuring the Umbro badge and Supreme branding across the chest in old English script.

In other news this week, the release of the previously announced Supreme x Vans collection featuring Nate Lowman's bullet hole graphic has seemingly been postponed indefinitely.

The original work was first presented in his first solo art show The End. And Other American Pastimes in 2005, inspired by a car decal sticker spotted at a Texas gas station which the artist later screen printed onto shaped canvas.

Lowman previously explained that the graphic explores the way "you could attach a violent content onto a very peaceful surface", however it is rumoured the timing of the release might be considered insensitive following another series of mass shootings in the US.

This week's Supreme drop will release via Supreme from Thursday 7th July, 11 a.m. EDT in the US and Saturday 9th July 11 a.m. JST in Japan.
