Stüssy's long-lasting union with Nike has pumped out a range of identifiable classics over the years. Its recent duo of Air Force 1 Mids arrived in neutral-toned hemp canvas that swept sneakerheads off their feet with pure simplicity. Now the pairing is crafting a new range focusing on Penny Hardaway’s 1996 model.
No official imagery has surfaced yet, but the collaborative Air Penny 2 will receive a batch of two colorways, including “Black/Cobalt Pulse/White” and “White/Cobalt Pulse/Smoke Grey.” Both pairs will sport dual logos, tongue and heel pull tabs and its classic wavy design in rich hues.
The collaboration will be delivered in special edition boxing, making for a unique pair ideal for basketball enthusiasts and sneaker lovers alike.
The Stüssy x Nike Air Penny 2 is rumored to release on June 30th for a retail price of $200. Stay tuned for more information soon.
