Salehe Bembury has gained great notoriety in a short amount of time through his vividly esoteric sneaker collabs, and after sitting up in the design-nosebleeds for too long, it was his nature-inspired works with New Balance and Crocs that expedited his rise to the top. Many have been pondering “What will the man who put a whistle on some 574s do next?” - make Crocs great again, that’s what.
After being teased for over a year, the Pollex Clog finally saw the light of day back in December, and as connoisseurs filled their stockings world-over, both hype and resale grew exponentially. Now, five months later we are being treated to another drop in the vast ocean of Bembury badness - the upcoming release delivers three new colourways, appearing in neon green, soft lavender and a marbley white, the ‘Crocodile’, ‘Urchin’ and ‘Stratus’ versions travel from the depths of the ocean, to reptilian-infested swamps, finishing their journey in the nebulous region where space meets earth.
Pulling out all the stops for his latest campaign, Bembury even cloned singer/songwriter Miguel for the lookbook - the regulator of laid-back vibes can be seen wearing the ’Crocodile’ and ‘Stratus’ colourways.

The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clogs will be available on May 24th at 9.a.m ET, on both Bembury’s and Crocs’ websites.
