In the first move since his departure from Dior in January, Kim Jones is the latest friend of Pharrell Williams to have a high-profile clear out, working with Pharrell’s personal auction platform Joopiter to host a showcase of personal effects and rare curiosities that are open for bidding until March 11.
“The World of Kim Jones” offers an exclusive insight into the designer’s creative legacy, including a standout Louis Vuitton x Supreme monogram carpet, rare pieces from Dior collaborations with Nike, Travis Scott and Hajime Sorayama, plus collectible Maison Margiela dresses, a pair of 1985 UNC Jordan 1s and much more.

Speaking on the occasion, Pharrell Williams commented:

“Kim Jones is a visionary.
</br>
He’s not just a designer – he’s a connector, an architect of worlds that don’t usually collide. With a rare ease, Kim brings together the runway and the street, blending high fashion with the pulse of pop culture. Every collaboration he leads weaves in diverse influences to create something far beyond fashion.

Kim’s process is tireless, drawing inspiration from art, travel, and literature, and you see these layers reflected in his work. His pieces honor the past, live in the present, and reach toward the future. It’s all there – stitched into every design he creates.

What sets Kim apart is his understanding that true luxury is at the heart of culture. His collections touch music, sports, and art in a way that resonates deeply with people. He’s building more than just fashion; he’s creating a platform for artists, including myself, to step in and be part of this journey.”

A portion of the proceeds from Joopiter’s “The World of Kim Jones” auction will go to the World Land Trust, an international conservation charity that protects the world’s most biologically significant and threatened habitats.
