Pharrell Williams is one of the coolest cats alive - and there’s no one that can say otherwise. Since he burst onto the music scene as a producer, his proclivity to cook up fire beats saw the Virginia native become responsible for 43% of the songs on the Radio back in 2003, and through his own solo and wider creative endeavours, Pharrell has solidified himself as one of pop culture's GOATs.

Over his illustrious career, Pharrell has acquired many odds and ends; some gold plated, some diamond encrusted, but all uniquely insane in the best way possible. After accruing so many one-of-ones, you’d think at some point he’d run out of space to store the solid gold PSP’s or crazy complicated Jacob & Co. Watches - well, to the joy of rich kids around the world, that day has come - as Pharrell is auctioning off a large batch of his liquid assets in the name of the culture (and charity).

Although there’s no doubt this collection would do well at the likes of Sotheby’s or Christie’s, Pharrell has gone the extra mile in debuting his very own auction house, dubbed Joopiter, to host the lots. In a press release, Pharrell described Joopiter as a way to “embrace the energy that is released when objects change hands, and to respect the value that’s been created around these objects”.

In other words, he wants to avoid paying that 10% seller's fee, which isn’t a surprise as some of these items look as if they’re gonna fetch a pretty penny - almost as pretty as the goods themselves. The sale will also benefit the Black Ambition initiative, a non-profit that provides funding and mentorship to Black and Latin-X entrepreneurs.

Items featured in the auction include a solid gold Blackberry phone, a trio of Swarovski adidas Stan Smith’s, some heavy jackets, iced-out grills, chains and sunglasses alongside some god tier timepieces from master horologists Audemars Piguet. There’s even a pair of diamond-set Casio G-Shocks - made in collaboration with Bape. Gold and silver. Mental.

All of the above are open for bidding now on Joopiter.com, with the lowest priced item currently sat at $600, and the highest being Skateboard’s personal N.E.R.D chain, which is going for $220k. Auction ends October 27th.
