Patta have taken the connecting flight to the New York borough of Brooklyn to recruit local legend Jeru the Damaja for a series of photo tees that honour the underground BK knight’s illustrious career in the most Patta way possible - with heavy graphics and bold imprints.

For those who aren’t familiar with the Damaja’s discography, get to know - in a statement from Patta “Jeru took over the spotlight with his inimitable booming, commanding presence on the microphone. His crisp diction, paired with a flow that filled a gap within the contemporary works of the time was delivered on this first offering in the mid-90s.”

Both t-shirts take inspiration from Jeru’s 1994 debut LP “The Sun Rises in the East”, depicting the lettering and album cover over both styles. With “Ain’t the Devil Happy” - one of the feature tracks from Side B, lettered across the front of one of the t-shirts.

Limited sizes remain, shop both styles now on Patta’s website.
