Off the back of an ultra nostalgic Evisu collection, London skate dons Palace are already gearing up for a scorching Summer season shown off in a brand new lookbook preview, launching from Friday 3rd May.
Shot by Dominic Marley and starring team skaters Charlie Birch and Heitor Da Silva, the lookbook shows off an array of Summer ready bits including jorts galore, lightweight GORE-TEX jackets, matching sweatshirt and shorts sets, football inspired tops and the usual graphically appealing knits and shirts.
Visual standouts include a bold cord panelled bomber jacket embroidered with a foxy set of eyes, shirts with Japanese inspired illustrations and lace inserts plus allover embroidered denim jackets in a deep blue wash.
Outerwear treats include a GORE-TEX Paclite Shell jacket plus the "Pertex" waterproof jacket with a realistic leafy print and sealed zippers for rainy days.
Graphic pieces stay in the realm of nostalgia with hits including a deeply 2000s dragon print hooded sweatshirt while graphic tees take inspiration from classic fruit labels.
Also included are the usual references to the world of sports, with influences notable on football kit tops and shorts, striped rugby shirts and a Palasonic branded Palasonic Race jacket.
A full preview of the Palace Summer 24 collection is expected next week, with the first release of the season available from Friday, 3rd May at 11:00am GMT from the brand’s webstore and physical locations.
