As part of their ongoing ULTIMO 2023 season, Palace return with a second collaboration with Italian streetwear legends C.P. Company, arriving this Friday 8th December.

Pushing the boundaries of sportswear since the 1970s, C.P. Company have become renowned for their innovative approach to merging street fashion with technical elements including the infamous goggle detail, married with expertly dyed textiles and sophisticated designs.
Lev Tanju - Palace founder and self-proclaimed "lifetime massive fan" of C.P. Company - has previously expressed his excitement at the opportunity to work alongside the heritage brand, crediting the Osti family and designer Paul Harvey with having "basically invented everything I like to wear except for flip flops".

The affection is apparently mutual, with C.P. Company President Lorenzo Osti himself stating how he fell “[...] in love with Palace since I discovered the brand years ago", and describing what an honour it was to collaborate with Lev and Gareth Skewis.
As with the first collaboration, the collection delves into choice pieces from the C.P. Company archive and simply would not have been complete without applying the brand's iconic goggle lens to several pieces including jackets, hats and even bags.
The Goggle Jacket outer is crafted from a monofilament nylon called Kan-D, named for its resemblance to cellophane candy wrappers of the 1950s and 1960s, with an extremely transparent texture and shiny surface.

The standout transparent version highlights the PALACE COMPANY logo printed on the back, the front branding and all the flap pockets.
The Goggle model itself has been recreated in a lined silhouette in a shiny orange color in Flatt Nylon, a brushed nylon that gives a softer fabric and a matt finish. The jacket features a hidden and removable face mask.
The Explorer Puffer Jacket, another icon of the C.P. Company catalogue, has been reproduced in D.D. Shell Rip-Stop fabric, a thinner uncoated nylon that, combined with the Direct Down injection process, gives the garments greater softness and a more nuanced light/dark effect.
The brands have also come together on some casualwear items including cargo pants in Flatt Nylon, a hooded sweatshirt in cotton fleece, a short-sleeved t-shirt with the distinctive graphics of both brands and a lambswool funnel neck sweater.
The Goggle signature also is playfully applied to a range of accessories, not least the transformable Nylon B shoulder bag. The versatile bag can be used as a backpack or messenger style by switching the adjustable straps and buckles.
The range also includes a goggle beanie with a straight visor, a down-filled D.D. Shell scarf and a baseball cap with earflaps and goggle lenses on the back.
The Palace C.P. Company collection will first be available online and via select Palace retailers from Friday 8th December as well as exclusively at the C.P. Company flagship store in Milan and online at the the C.P. Company webstore cpcompany.com.
