If you think of Jackie Robinson, greatness might come to mind. The legend is known for his accomplishments in the world of baseball, making his initial debut at Ebbets Field on April 15, 1947. Here, he became the first Black man to play in major league baseball.

To commemorate the 75th anniversary of Robinson breaking down the color barrier, Nike has crafted a Dunk Low to mark the special occasion.
The sneaker comes dressed in Brooklyn Dodgers team colors as creamy leather panels and blue suede overlays make up its construction. The upper sees the player’s infamous quote: “I’m not concerned with your liking or disliking me…all I ask is that you respect me as a human being” shine through wrap-around silver-toned lettering.
At the toe box, an embroidered swoosh is seen in a deep blue hue while dual-colored laces mimic classic baseball stitching. The tongues see celebratory 75th-anniversary patches and Robinson’s "42" jersey number is stamped at the heel. A pure white midsole and black outsole close off the offering

An official release date has yet to be announced but expect the pair to launch around April 15th at Nike retailers worldwide.
