MSCHF’s Big Red Boots have now been terrorising the timeline for seven months, first with the viral red palette that for a while, did well on the aftermarket, then stealing the spotlight at Paris fashion week 2023 when a mime donned a collaborative pair produced in conjunction with Crocs, that again sold out upon public release last month.
The latest incarnation to come from the anti-sneaker brand is arguably the loudest yet, taking on BAPE’s proprietary ABC print for several limited pairs of Big ‘Camo’ Boots that (currently) will never see public release.
The shoes debuted just a few hours ago at Bape’s second runway show of the year at Tokyo fashion week and thanks to Highsnobiety, we have a clear look at the pink, green and blue ABC camo-painted rubber boots that stood out amongst BAPE’s mainline Spring/ Summer 2024 showcase.

MSCHF has since confirmed that the collaboration is not official and BAPE purchased several pairs of the boots and customised them in-house for the runway show.
