Louis Vuitton Release Virgil Abloh-designed Skateboard Decks

Accompanying Louis Vuitton's watercolour themed Spring Summer 2021 collection comes a set of skateboard decks bearing the house insignia, designed by menswear director Virgil Abloh.

One deck features the colourful watercolour design seen in the Spring collection while the other features a stripped back Maple wood finish engraved with an allover LV Monogram pattern.

The board also features transparent grip tape in a matching Monogram print plus "Louis Vuitton" engraved wheels and trucks for a super luxe finish.

A matching watercolour skateboard trunk is available to be made to order from the brand but it runs at a steep €45,000 / $58,500, making it one for only the most serious of collectors.

The brand have famously produced skateboard and trunk sets twice before in their history - a neon grafitti edition in 2009 celebrating artist Stephen Sprouse and for their legendary collaboration with Supreme in 2017.
