Kaws Reunites with UNIQLO for Collection Celebrating KAWS TOKYO FIRST Exhibition

After artist Kaws announced in 2019 that his collection with Uniqlo would be his last, the artist has teamed up yet again with the brand for a limited collection celebrating his upcoming "KAWS TOKYO FIRST" exhibition.
“KAWS TOKYO FIRST” is Kaws' first large scale exhibition in Japan, showing at the Mori Arts Center Gallery from Friday 16th July to the 11th October. The show will feature over 150 artworks and accessories spanning across the artist's career as well as pieces from his own personal art collection.

UNIQLO's graphic "UT" range will produce a capsule collection celebrating the launch of the exhibition featuring graphic tees and tote bags featuring the exhibit branding plus the famous KAWS companion figure.
The collection will first release on-site at the opening of the exhibition on the 16th July, then via physical and online UNIQLO Japan stores from 30th July, with prices said to start around ¥1,500.
