Joe Freshgoods Looks to Go 4 for 4 with His next New Balance Collaboration

Kicking the debut of New Balance’s sharp new silhouette off with a bang, Joe “Freshgoods” Robinson has shared a snippet of his next collaboration with the American sportswear brand.

A first for New Balance, the 9060 is a futuristic model that references the brand’s synonymous heritage with sport and street fashion. 

Back in February, Joe first teased an image of two boxes - one orange (presumably for this pair), one green, which left fans salivating at the idea of more Joe Freshgoodness. The Chicago native recently added flame to the (literal) fire by sharing a profile shot of the shoes, which appears with an “ozweego-esque” chunky sole, using earthy green, pink and beige tones on suede and mesh uppers. JFG’s signature logo is embossed on the heel tab, sitting just below a quilted grey lining. 

The words “inside voices” are stitched across the heel of each shoe, possibly referencing the muted-down palette of the sneakers and their intended basketball functionality. Joe also shared an image of a varsity jacket, embellished with the same "inside voices" lettering on the back.
