Gucci to Release Commes Des Garcons Tote Bag for Ongoing 100th Anniversary Celebrations

With Gucci celebrating their 100 year anniversary this year, the brand have been busy working on a series of playful collaborative projects, including their upcoming Aria collection in collaboration with fellow luxury brand Balenciaga and a mini Cadillac Seville collectible car with Mattel's Hot Wheels.

Now the brand have teased yet another upcoming collaborative project with fellow design house Comme des Garçons on a tote bag as part of their celebrations, which has seen them look back on Gucci's storied history for inspiration.

Gucci and Comme des Garçons have previously teamed up on a collection of co-branded PVC tote bags released in 2018 (pictured above), featuring the CDG branding and Gucci's famous green and red stripe detail in various configurations.

Fans shouldn't have to wait long for a look at the collection, set to come exclusively to the Gucci Vault this Friday 15th October.
