First Look: Joe Freshgoods Previews New Balance 2002R "Conversations Amongst Us" Collaboration

Another Joe Freshgoods New Balance release is on its way and this time around the Chicago native is putting his spin on the 2002R.

The designer recently took to Instagram to share a teaser that already has us at the edge of our seats.

Rumored to be a part of the larger "Conversations Amongst Us" campaign, the shoe comes dressed in a sail mesh and suede upper with added light brown hits seen at the toe box and New Balance logo. A gum outsole complements the offering and has only left us eager for more.

“I’m honored to announce “Conversations Amongst Us” the name of the campaign, led and directed by me for New Balance. I wanted to tell a story of the black experience, emphasizing crucial dialogues that connect the community while inspiring the next generation of black creatives," he wrote via Instagram.

The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 2002R "Conversations Amongst Us" collaboration has yet to be announced but stay tuned for more details on its release coming soon.
