ECCO Team Up with RAL7000STUDIO to Create a Premium Skate Shoe Hybrid

With 60 years of expertise under their belt, ECCO have teamed up with visionary creative collective RAL7000STUDIO on a limited series of shoes applying inventive new designs to the classic Danish brand's premium materials, the first of which is the ECCO STREET ACE RAL7000 Sneaker.

Known for its visionary approach to design, RAL7000STUDIO brings a fresh perspective to ECCO's well-established reputation for technological excellence and performance materials for this ongoing collaborative series.

RAL7000STUDIO co-founder Marco Simonetti spoke of his excitement at the opportunities for the partnership, describing the ongoing collaboration as: "a remarkable opportunity for both of us to explore uncharted territories, as we embark on a journey to unveil groundbreaking projects through distinctive design, inventive research and development, cutting-edge engineering solutions, and unique leather concepts by the ECCO leather division".

Crafted from premium materials including velvety Nubuck and ultra-soft leather, the ECCO STREET ACE RAL7000 creates a sleek aerodynamic design from the functional padded panels of a skate shoe, while with the substantial sole gives the grip and performance of a hiking boot. The shoe comes in 3 versatile colourways - monochromatic Black, Shadow White or Sand.

This release marks the beginning of an extended collaboration between RAL7000STUDIO and ECCO, with more innovative products set to drop throughout 2024 including a high-top boot featuring laser-cut leather mimicking technical mesh.
