CPFM Tease Playboi Carti Collab Ahead of I AM MUSIC Album Release

Cactus Plant Flea Market, the brand behind an arsenal of collabs with the biggest names in rap, has teased its latest venture with Playboi Carti.

Aside from their own, in-house streetwear goods and high-profile partnerships with Nike and McDonald’s, Cactus Plant Flea Market is also a serious player in the merch game, teaming up with the likes of Kid Cudi, Kanye West and even the latest instalment in the Despicable Me franchise to boost releases with print-heavy merch drops, often featuring cutesy plush toys and other fun accessories.

Coinciding with Playboi Carti’s official announcement that the release of his latest, third studio album titled I AM MUSIC is imminent, CPFM added fire to the marketing flame by teasing a series of Carti-branded basketball jerseys that will no doubt drop around the same time as the highly anticipated project from one of modern rap’s most polarising figures.

Showing off eight different colour combinations, the jerseys feature Carti’s Opium logo joined by the words “baby boi” on the front, with “carter” plastered across the rear as a shoutout to Carti’s government surname.

Taking into account the unpredictable nature of Playboi Carti’s album rollouts, a release date for the CPFM x Playboi Carti release is yet to be confirmed.
