Carhartt WIP has unveiled a lowkey collaboration as part of its FW24 collection, teaming up with mule masters SUBU on a pair of slip-on shoes that embody the rugged spirit ingrained in Carhartt’s DNA.
Japanese firm SUBU is the go-to fixer for any modern fashion brand in search of built-to-last leisure clogs, boasting a collaborative resume featuring the likes of And Wander, END. Clothing and now Carhartt’s very own streetwear-centric subdivision.
Dropping in Carhartt’s signature Hamilton brown colouring, the slippers are built using “flame-retardant”, recycled Cordura uppers that offer toughness, durability and fireproof properties, ideal for those short trips from the outdoor grill to the kitchen.
Finished with a tonal, stitched SUBU signature, the slippers display Carhartt’s world-famous wave label on the front and come specially packaged in a matching Cordura carry bag.
