Pharrell Williams has had many monikers over the years, none more fitting or memorable than his early 2000’s title of “Skateboard P”, which he affectionately adopted because of (you guessed it), his love for skateboarding and the culture surrounding the sport.
</br>
Another thing to come from Pharrell’s formative years, is his now world renowned brand BBC ICE CREAM, which is a colourful, more vibrant offshoot of the Billionaire Boys Club family that has been going strong since 2004.
</br>
In a full circle moment, Pharrell’s clothing line is merging with the boys over at Crenshaw Skate Club for an apparel collection that evokes the light-hearted aesthetic of both brands.
Graphics are a staple of both the Crenshaw Skate Club and ICE CREAM lineage and when fused together, we have a collection consisting of hoodies, tees , trucker hats and of course, a skate deck. The main scenario seen on the pieces shows a member of the Crenshaw Skate Club getting some air over the ICE CREAM icon, with other graphics depicting a group of riders chasing down an ICE CREAM truck.
Locals of the Crenshaw Skate Club can pick up some of the collaborative gear for free, when Tobias McIntosh and the gang take a trip around Los Angeles spots like Charmette Bonpua Skate Plaza, Jackie Tatum Skate Park and Westchester Skate Plaza on October 15th to give away some tees and more.

Those who won’t be in the L.A area on the 15th can still pick up the collection from bbcicecream.com, when it drops on the same day.
