Bape Hit the Races with Collectible Aston Martin Collaboration

So far this year, we’ve seen Stüssy x Rolls Royce, Virgil Abloh x Maybach and Kith x BMW. All of the above, while undeniably cool, were out of the price range for the average jawn enthusiast. Well, thanks to BAPE and British Car Manufacturer Aston Martin, we’re finally seeing a fashion x motor collab that’s actually attainable.

BAPE’s work on the Aston Martin GT3 is more a work of art than a functional “thing”, presenting a triad of ABC Camo’d up GT3’s that are scaled down to the exact specifications of the life size version. 

The diecast models are available in green, pink or blue, and don a livery consisting of classic BAPE design tropes, like the all-over ABC camo, shark teeth and Ape head. Vented arches and carbon fiber skirts reinforce the innovative performance from Aston Martin, which led to the teams’ success at last year’s 68th edition of the Macau Grand Prix.
