Merely one month has passed since Yoon Ahn’s Ambush released its y2k themed Nike Air Adjust collab, and the trailblazing Korean-American designer has already teased the next chapter of her ongoing relationship with Nike, as she looks to revive the success of her home town inspired Dunks, transmuting the kinetic style onto a selection of Air Force 1’s.

Thus far the design has been spotted on three colourways, two plain and one that is more suited to the description of a “sure-fire hit”.
The black and white colourways are subtly different, where the red, “Chicago” inspired scheme stands out. All three feature an overhanging tailpipe swoosh, which has been included to emulate the idea of a sneaker on the move, inspired by Japanese motorbike culture.
Continuing the innovative updates from the previous Nike Dunk collab, the heel counter showcases an embossed wordmark on the shoe's rear, with co-branded lace charms and tongue tags providing an additional, subtle twist on classic features.

It's highly likely that we could see the Ambush x Nike Air Force 1 collection drop before the end of the year - stay tuned for more information.
